The action of this strategic board game takes place in a steampunk mechanism city. As well as items falling out during the game and full support of the Steam Marketplace (Community Market)! HOW IS THE GAME PROCESS BUILT? In matches Gremlins, Inc. up to 6 players take part. You can play both in network mode and in single player mode (and then an artificial idiot intellect plays against you). Each player has 6 cards on his hand. Cards are dealt and get from the general deck and are used both to move around the playing field and for active play actions (arresting an opponent, teleportation, getting resources — and so on). You can play up to a certain number of points, to a predetermined number of game rounds or for a while. Many game mechanics are built on the interaction with other players, and therefore the duel mode (one on one) in the dynamics and nature of the game is significantly different from matches with three or four participants. Matches are both arbitrary (created by players at their discretion) and rating (with an auto-match of opponents and anonymity masks at the time of the match) affecting your position in the rating and standings. Also available are matches by invitation, designed to play with friends and password protected. CAN YOU PLAY TEAMS? Is there a viewer mode? Yes, in Gremlins, Inc. You can play with teams - two against two, three against three, or three independent teams of two players each. The game also supports the viewer mode, which allows you to join any of the current matches (with the exception of closed matches by invitation) from the network lobby and not only look at the course of the game, but also support participants with emoticons or messages. CAN YOU PLAY WITHOUT CONNECTING TO A SERVER? Oh sure! When purchasing this game, 2 products are added to your Steam library at once: Gremlins, Inc. - version of the game, which allows you to play in single and network modes, supports game items and mods from the Steam Workshop, and requires a constant connection to the server; and Gremlins vs Automatons is a version of the game that allows you to play in single player mode without any connection to the server.
