The place that was once a happy, peaceful, productive city, now in the hands of a secret criminal syndicate. Looting, violence and destruction are spreading more and more. No one is safe. Despite the repeated refusals of their superiors, three young policemen decided to deal with this problem themselves. In the end, they created a special attack unit, in which they were the only ones.
